On the behalf of our client, we are looking for experience Senior Product Owner. That can be part of a transformation on the way we will be doing marketing in the future and establish a new future SEO and SEM product landscape both globally and locally across 30 markets.
Requirements:
Proven Product Management Expertise: With at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner, you have a strong track record of defining and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and vision, particularly in the digital marketing or SEO space.
Agile Leadership: You bring a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and have led cross-functional teams through all stages of product development — from ideation to launch. You’re skilled in facilitating key ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
SEO & Digital Marketing Knowledge: You have extensive experience with SEO best practices, content optimization, keyword strategies, and performance metrics. You can translate SEO trends into actionable product features and ensure that products meet customer needs while driving measurable improvements in SEO performance.
Data-Driven Decision Making: You are comfortable with data analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) to measure product success, identify growth opportunities, and use insights to drive product iterations and optimizations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You excel at building strong relationships with colleagues across Product, Engineering, Data, and UX. You enjoy leading by example, fostering open communication, and ensuring alignment across teams to meet both customer needs and business objectives.
Customer-Centric Focus: You are deeply attuned to user needs and behaviors. Through user research, persona development, and usability testing, you ensure the products you create align with real customer challenges and continuously deliver value.
