On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst with strong analytical skills to drive marketing effectiveness through data. In this role, you will analyze performance across markets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, providing insights to optimize marketing strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll enhance reporting, standardize tracking, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze marketing performance across countries using SQL, R, Python, and Excel.
  • Leverage multiple data sources to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve future performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analysis.

Reporting & Visualization

  • Develop dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio to visualize performance insights.
  • Support reporting frameworks that measure marketing’s impact on business performance.
  • Prepare Global Learning summaries to provide strategic insights for global marketing direction.

Performance Optimization & Process Improvement

  • Work with country teams to identify gaps and standardize marketing performance reporting.
  • Improve data quality by identifying key areas for enhancement and documenting use cases.
  • Develop new metrics to improve tracking, coaching, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with global teams to enhance data enablement and reporting processes.
  • Share insights and recommendations in global marketing discussions and performance communities.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing analytics, performance evaluation, media, and/or financial measurement.
  • Proven expertise in analytical techniques and leveraging multiple data sources to drive business insights.
  • Strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and Excel for data analysis.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering impactful results.
